1. Where to find facility code?

Navigate to: Settings > Facilities > {Search or Select the facility from the list}

In the list, the facility code is shown in italics before the warehouse display name.

2. How to create user in Uniware?

Refer create the user.

3. How to set password for the user?

Refer set the password for the user.

4. How to check access of a user in Uniware?

Navigate to: Settings > Users > {Search or Select the user from the list}

Check under Role.

5. How to give facility access to a user?

Navigate to: Settings > Users > {Search or Select the user from the list}

• Click on edit button.
• Search/Select the facility from the dropdown.
• Click Save.
